I started seeing Dr. Yaakov a few months ago for a surgical procedure (infection and extraction). To be fair, i hate the dentist because of past experiences that didn’t go so well, but i felt at ease with him. He used great communication to walk me through every step of the procedure. He also made sure to listen to me and comfort my discomfort.
